Four factor groups, each normalised to a 0–100 scale. Composite Adoption Score is a weighted average with weights configured per Adoption Objective. Proprietary to AdoptIQ Limited.

Core entities

The data model in seven nouns

The customer organisation. Each tenant has one or more connected SaaS estates.
SaaS Estate
A specific Salesforce / ServiceNow / HubSpot instance connected to AdoptIQ. A tenant may have multiple estates (e.g. separate Salesforce orgs).
User Cohort
A defined group of users within a SaaS Estate (e.g. sales reps, customer service, finance ops). Cohorts group telemetry for scorecard analysis.
Adoption Objective
A specific business outcome the customer is trying to achieve (e.g. 'All opportunities updated weekly'). Defined during onboarding.
Telemetry Event
A captured signal from the SaaS Estate API — activity, record update, workflow execution. Stored as time-series data.

Composite score for a User Cohort against an Adoption Objective. Cadence varies by tier — quarterly, monthly, or real-time.
