    Thirty-day review with quantitative baseline-to-target comparison and an NPS-style customer survey.

Layer 3 — Renewal-cycle

Annual adoption health-check, timed to your SaaS renewal.

Independent, evidence-based renewal-negotiation support. The engagement produces a position paper: actual realised adoption, comparison against original business case, and recommendations for renewal scope.
