Sub-processors
AdoptIQ engages a small number of vetted sub-processors to operate the platform. The current list is reproduced below. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
Infrastructure
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL — primary hosting, UK (eu-west-2). Backup region: EU (eu-west-1).
Cloudflare, Inc. — edge networking and DDoS protection. UK / EU points of presence.
Platform services
Supabase Inc. — managed Postgres and authentication, UK / EU region.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Customer support and operations
HubSpot Ireland Limited — CRM and commercial correspondence (EU data residency).
Linear — internal product issue tracking. No Customer Personal Data is processed in Linear.
