Methodology White Paper
The AdoptIQ Methodology White Paper sets out the weighted multi-factor model used to score adoption against Adoption Objectives. This page is the public summary; the full white paper (including factor weights, edge-case handling and benchmark cohorts) is shared with customers and prospects under a Mutual NDA.
Scoring overview
Each User Cohort is scored against one or more Adoption Objectives on a 0–100 scale.
The composite score is a weighted average of four factor groups: Activity (frequency of platform interaction), Depth (breadth of capabilities used), Quality (data-quality signals inside the estate) and Outcome (movement of the business KPI tied to the Adoption Objective).
Cadence
Quarterly for Foundation tier, monthly for Growth tier, near-real-time for Enterprise tier. Scores are versioned and historic snapshots are retained for trend analysis.
Risk signals
The scoring engine emits typed risk signals — low_activity, low_depth, low_outcome, composite_drop, critical_drop — with severity ratings used to populate the Risk surface and trigger Interventions.
Confidentiality
Factor weights, threshold tuning, benchmark cohort construction and the full algorithm are the proprietary intellectual property of AdoptIQ Limited. The full white paper is provided to customers and qualified prospects under a Mutual NDA — request via methodology@adoptiq.co.uk.
